  2. Ask yourself what would you idealy like this relationship to look like if it were to be perfect to you?
  3. Ask yourself the ultimate wish list and then go for it
  4. Speak to your loved one ask him or her what would they actualy want out of the perfect relationship
  5. Ask them if they want to save your reltionship
  6. Follow through and get some counselling or coaching with NLP Scotland the leading organisation of its type in the world.

What more is involved you may ask yourself?

Its time to take action and actually do these steps rather than just think about it.  What if it actualy worked? What would this be of value to you? i’m an observer seeking a giver and that’s a weird choice for my personality according to yahoo. (also it seems sort of selfish of me to seek a giver if i’m not one but what do i know)

I’m a giver, I give pokes to the eyes.

I was wondering can you really find help for modern problems from reading some of these advice books. I was reading a book from the so called male perspective that really don’t seem to fit my boyfriend. Can anyone suggest a book that a man would read dealing with relationships that don’t involve hockey or football?

Hello Dona,

My hobby is writing, I have just finished my second book about the relationship, which actually describe current problem, and gives solutions to solve it. You can take a look, also you can contact me via e-mail for more details, because I think this problem might be very personal.

Good Luck

Mark

Have you ever tried relationship/couples/marriage counselling? If so what was it like first time you went? did it help?

If you (both parties) are willing to open up and work on your differences so that your relationship can go the distance, it can be very beneficial.

I am looking for some good relationship advice websites for women except for Cosmopolitan.com and ivillage.com. Thanks for the tips!

… here’s you’re answer: http://www.guyscrytoo.com – Relationship Advice for dudes. But also has targeting for women as well. This is the only site I know of that isn’t cluttered, doesn’t require registration, is completely free and anonymous.

With Buce Willis & Michelle Pfeiffer.

“The Story of Us” opened in 1999, the critical disdain was so overwhelming, that some people opted not to see it. Nearly all, the adverts focussed on its romantic comedy aspects, not everybodies tastes. The film was directed by Rob Reiner (When Harry Met Sally), and starred Bruce Willis (who had just undergone a public divorce).
How can this film help couples going through traumatic times in their relationship?

  1. It helps couples recognise that they are not alone… it not only them going through this.
  2. You can sort of reach out and touch your own problems in the movie
  3. It gives you an opportunity to stop the rot as you do realise change needs to happen

Why then recommend this film? Because the agony, the depth of painful emotions, are real. Find a better acting job by Willis or Pfieffer. Find one!!! Can’t be done.

Don’t be fooled. This is one serious movie. It should be required viewing for all couples, married engaged or just close friends. Above all it can be a fantastic wake-up call. The circumstances that lead up to the arguments are simplified, but the emotions are raw. I repeat, time will be very kind to this movie.

Let me know your views it would be good to get some feedback.
